From our first phone call, my goal is to assess the needs and desires of your new life accurately and properly. Thus your relocation requirements should be identified and reviewed in detail. How large is the family? What is the work location/situation (commuter or telecommute)? Work travel requirements (driving and airport needs)? What are the educational needs of family members? Are there any special medical/educational/etc needs? What kinds of family interests might impact the selection of a location? What kind of space fits your needs? What general financial requirements are attached? Will the employer be helping with costs? Issues that impact every facet of the move will be discussed and issues solved as we move through my process honed over more than 30 years helping folks relocate.
